Custom Order Policy

  • Please email all custom/bulk order inquires to rhoyalthreads22@gmail.com. Any custom order inquires sent to our social media DMs are not guaranteed a response. 
  • Custom orders are custom and made to order. Please expect to wait 3-5 weeks for production to be finished on your item. If you need the item(s) by a certain date please plan accordingly. This wait period does not start until full payment is complete.
  • Once the wait period starts, there will not be many "updates". Once the order is submitted to the manufacturer it is "in production". The item(s) are being cut and sewn. Once the item(s) have completed the production stage an update will be given to inform you that the item is finished, and is on the way to our warehouse. 
  • These are the updates you can expect to receive. An update that the payment has been received. An update that the order has been submitted with the manufacturer. An update that the order is being shipped to our warehouse. An update on the tracking information. 
  • Please note that if a delay or manufacturer error occurs this will be shared. 
  • If the delay interferes with arrival time further options can be discussed at that time. If there is a date when the item(s) are specifically needed, and it is not shared with us we will not make accommodations. 
  • When placing a bulk order you have option of submitting one payment on behalf of every person, or a link can be given for individual payment.
  • Bulk orders can be shipped separately or in one package. 
  • If you are inquiring about an customizing an item that is currently produced please be specific in noting the customizations wanted. 
  • For example, "I am interested getting a custom jersey for my chapter. I want them to look similar to your Sophisticated Jersey. I want SPR 25 on the right sleeve. Xi Zeta on the left sleeve. Everyone will have different names on the back". 
  • If you have inspiration from an item, but you are interested in making it into paraphernalia be as specific as possible. 
  • For example, "I saw this jacket (share the image). I would like a poodle on the right shoulder. I want 1922 across the chest. I want a yellow tea rose on the left shoulder."
  • Orders will not be delivered without complete payment.
  • All custom orders are subject to a design fee.
