Refund policy

ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances.

In the event of receiving a damaged of defective item, that is the result of a manufacturing error, you will receive a replacement item. A manufacturing error includes the wrong item being sent, the wrong size being sent, and/or misspelled text. If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 72 hours of the item being marked as delivered on the tracking information. The email of the original order must match the email correspondence to be considered valid. After 72 hours, we are no longer responsible and will not issue replacements. To qualify, you must provide:

  1. A clear photo of the damaged or defective item
  2. A screenshot of the tracking showing the delivery date and time
  3. Your order number
  4. Failure to report the issue with ALL  listed red steps and within the 72-hour window will void any eligibility for a return or replacement.

 

By placing an order through our website, you agreed to our store policies by checking the Terms & Conditions box at checkout. This agreement includes our No Refund, No Exchange (unless damaged), and Shipping policies.

If you attempt to file a chargeback, we will submit all supporting documentation, including:

  1. Proof that you agreed to our policies at checkout
  2. Your order details and shipping confirmation
  3. Any communication, tracking, and delivery confirmation
  4. Once this evidence is submitted, the chargeback can and WILL be reversed, as you knowingly accepted our terms when completing your purchase.

 

Before considering a dispute, ask yourself: 

  • Did I review the store policies before ordering?
  • Did I check the box agreeing to the Terms & Conditions?
  • Did I contact the brand within 72 hours for a legitimate issue (damaged or defective item)?
  • Did I follow all the steps outlined in the return and shipping policy?

 

Filing a chargeback without proper cause is considered fraudulent and will result in being permanently banned from future purchases. Legal action may be pursued at the sole discretion of the owner.

We take our policies seriously to protect both our business and loyal customers. Thank you for understanding and shopping responsibly.

Please note: Our entire site occasionally operates on a pre-order basis.

This means that every item is made-to-order and requires time for production, packaging, and shipping.

 

 

 Chargeback Policy

If a chargeback is filed under the claim of “Item Not Received,” and tracking confirms delivery to the address entered at checkout, we will submit all supporting evidence (tracking details, shipping confirmation, address provided by customer, etc.) to your bank. If claim " item unacceptable" we will submit evidence of any communication between both parties . If you do not email us within 72 hours of delivery of your item, we will not accept a "damaged item" claim.

Please note: Once this evidence is submitted, the decision is in the hands of your financial institution and may result in a reversal of the chargeback.
