It's been a while since I ordered, I still don't have my package. When will it be here?

We advise that you read the shipping policy and consider the waiting period. Your placed order was a preorder so it is going through the make process and then will proceed to shipping. If the time period has passed and you are questioning that, please fill out the contact form for support.

 

I ordered and want to cancel my order now. How to go about that process?

There is no process for that. We DO NOT offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. There is only one situation allowed for that and you can learn about it in our return/refund policy. Please read carefully and understand the processes and terms/ conditions you agreed to when placing an order.

To report a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. You will need to provide a clear photo of the item, a screenshot of the tracking information showing the delivery date, and your order number.

Yes, all our products are made to order, which allows us to maintain a unique inventory and reduce waste. This process may extend the time required for production and shipping.
