It's been a while since I ordered, I still don't have my package. When will it be here?

We advise that you read the shipping policy and consider the waiting period. Your order was a preorder, so it is going through the manufacturing process and then will proceed to shipping. If the time period has passed and you are questioning that, please fill out the contact form for support or email us: rhoyalthreads22@gmail.com. Please refer to the "Order Updates" tab for immediate information on your order. We do reserve the right to not respond to DMs on social media platform about order status. 

 

I ordered and want to cancel my order now. How to go about that process?

There is no process for that. We DO NOT offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. There is only one situation allowed for that and you can learn about it in our return/refund policy. Please read carefully and understand the processes and terms/ conditions you agreed to when placing an order.

 

I loved my purchase and order! How can I support more?

How can I report a damaged or defective item?

To report a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. You will need to provide a clear photo of the item, a screenshot of the tracking information showing the delivery date, and your order number.

 

Are your products made to order?

Yes, some of our products are made to order, which allows us to maintain a unique inventory and reduce waste. This process may extend the time required for production and shipping.  If an item is on-hand/premade it will be noted in the item description. If an item is not premade it will be noted in the item description. 


I want to order multiple items. Some are listed as on hand while you some are listed as not premade. How should I get the premade items immediately? 

If you need the premade item immediately place two separate orders. Place one order with the items listed as premade, and another order for the preorder items. 

How do I place a custom order?

Email rhoyalthreads@gmail.com for your custom inquires. Be as descriptive as possible with the custom item you are inquiring about. If you are not sure about what you would like we can help!
