Shipping policy
Please note that all items are labeled as “pre-order” in our product descriptions.
Production typically takes 2–4 weeks, though some items may require 3–6 weeks. Please note that production of the order does not start until the following Saturday.
After production is complete, please allow an additional 2-4 weeks for your items to ship to our warehouse and be prepared for delivery.
In some cases, there may be an additional delays due to carrier clearance at customs (UPS/DHL). If this occurs, we will communicate updates to you. All updates are given on the "Order Status" Tab. This is the centralized location for order updates. Individual updates are not issued to maintain efficiency.
Important: The timeframes above do not include shipping from our warehouse to your doorstep. Delivery times vary depending on the mail carrier, and we cannot guarantee a specific delivery timeframe.
Delivery Confirmation and Lost Packages
Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.), we consider the package successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout.
If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact us at: contact@rhoyalthreads.com. A claim to locate the package will be opened.
If the carrier is unsuccessful at locating the package, your order will then follow our "Lost Package" procedures outlined below.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at: contact@rhoyalthreads.com. A claim will be filed with the carrier on your behalf.
Please note that the carrier may contact you directly to verify the validity of the claim as part of their process to prevent mail fraud. It is important that you respond to any such communication. Failure to respond may result in the carrier closing the case without issuing a claim payment.
The timeframe for the claim process is determined entirely by the carrier and is outside of our control. Carriers typically provide limited updates during this process. Once a claim has been filed, you may not receive frequent updates from us ( Rhoyal Threads LLC) until there is a resolution.
If the carrier is unable to locate the package, a claim payment will be issued to Rhoyal Threads LLC. Once we receive the claim payment, your order will be refunded.
Please note that we do not offer replacements for lost packages, as a full refund will be provided once the claim process is completed. Additionally, if a claim is closed due to a lack of response from the customer, no refund will be issued, as no claim payment will be received.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been dropped off with the shipping carrier.
Order related contact should come directly from the person who placed the order to ensure proper authorization and accurate information.
